| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は,フランス版の産業クラスターである競争力拠点(pôles de compétitivité)においてマネジメント・コントロール・システムが果たす役割を整理することである。結論として,フランスの競争力拠点では,パフォーマンス契約と戦略的ロードマップという仕組みが産業クラスターの成否を左右する役割を果たしていることが示唆された。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to review the French industrial clusters (pôles de compétitivité) from the perspective of management control systems. In conclusion, we found that the mechanisms of performance contract and strategic roadmaps play a critical role in determining the success or failure of industrial clusters in France. | |||||||||
