| 内容記述 | 組織不祥事の横行と共に,経営倫理の重要性が再認識される今日,経営倫理研究の重要性もまた高まっている｡本稿では,その経営倫理研究における近年の動きのひとつである実践的転回(実践としての経営倫理)に着目し,その議論が｢組織の倫理化｣において重要な切り口であることを明らかにする｡また同時に,それらの現状が課題を孕んだものであり,それを乗り越えるべく議論の方向性について若干の示唆を行う｡\nToday, Importance of business ethics researches are attracting for various fields with the growth of importance of business ethics at workplace. In this research, I suggest importance of practice turn in business ethics and business ethics research. At the same time, I discuss several problems in the turn, and clarify the future direction. | |||||||
