| 内容記述 | Ambidexterity has predominantly been discussed in the context of large enterprises, with relatively few studies focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Furthermore, the definition of ambidexterity has evolved over time. Although the contextual approach is often considered to be particularly relevant for SMEs, its underlying mechanisms have yet to be fully elucidated. Therefore, this paper aims to focus on the contextual approach as it applies to SMEs, review existing research, and identify directions for future inquiry. | |||||||||
