本論は専修大学経営研究所が2023年2月に実施した大学発ベンチャーの成長戦略についての調査の総括である。はじめに組織論等の先行研究を渉猟し,大学発ベンチャーの経営課題を確認した。次に大学連携型インキュベーション施設の現状を概観した。それらを踏まえ,HILO株式会社,Latera株式会社,株式会社調和技研の3社をケースとして取り上げ,経済学,組織論,マーケティングの視座から,あるべき経営戦略の方向性を考察した。 |

This paper is a summary of the research on growth strategies of university startups conducted by Senshu University's Institute of Business Administration in February 2023. First, we reviewed some previous researches on organizational theory and identified management issues for university startups. Next, we reviewed the status of university-linked incubation center. Based on these studies, The three companies we studied, HILO Ltd, Latera Ltd and Harmony Giken Ltd, were taken as case studies and examined the direction of ideal management strategies from the perspectives of economics, organization theory and marketing. |
