After reviewing the management strategy and human resources institutions, reorganization of human resources division and implementation of talent management is scrutinized. Reform of human resources division is indispensable for the institutional restructuring. Purpose of talent management is to cultivate senior managers, which is the most important part in the corporate strategy.
