内容記述 | 本稿は組織文化の変革に際しての組織文化の現状診断と変革の方向性の理解について論じたものである。組織文化は理解が難しい為に,組織変革をおこなう構成メンバーが直感的にも理解し易い方法で組織文化を「見える化」することは極めて重要な事項である。Cameron and Quinn の組織文化診断のメソドロジーとフレームワークを利用して実際の事例分析を実施し,上記の要件を満たす方法を考案した。, The purpose of this paper is to discuss about diagnosing and understanding direction of change in organizational culture.
