近年、旅行ニーズの多様化とインターネットの普及により,リゾートホテルにおいてもインターネットを介しての客室販売(ネット直販)が一般的になってきている｡しかし、従来、大手旅行会社に依存し、自社販売余地の少ないリゾートホテルにおいては、その販売戦略や方法はシティホテルとは大きく異なる｡そこで本論文では、インタビュー調査に基づき、リゾートホテルにおけるネット直販の実態を明らかにし、そのあり方を考察する｡
Recently, net direct sales have been widely used in resort hotels. However, resort hotels in remote places, depending their sales activities on major tour companies and travel agencies, should implement different types of net direct sales from city hotels, since their inventories are highly restricted. In this paper, We clarified the actual conditions of net direct sales in inventory-restricted resort hotels based on the interview survey. And we also discussed the sales strategy and the promotional methods in resort hotels.
