内容記述 | 教養教育の重要性が叫ばれる一方で,「役に立つ」ノウハウの習得を急ぐべきとの議論もある。社会に変革をもたらすイノベーションが遠くに位置する要素の結合によって生まれるとすれば,幅広い教養と専門性を備えた人材が不可欠となる。製品とサービスの今日的価値は機能と意味の統合によって生まれる場合が多い。アルメニアにおいて実践される,私的部門の若年向けIT教育はまさにそのように設計されており,教養教育が統合的価値の創出につながる例として,学ぶべき点は多い。, While the liberal art education is pointed out to be more important than any other, it is discussed that many students should learn "useful knowhow."
