 note = {テレビ放送がデジタル化されたことにより,様々な機能が新たに利用できるようになった.一方で,リモコンの操作が複雑化したことで,視覚障害者からするとテレビのアクセシビリティが失われることが懸念されている.そこで本研究では,全盲の視覚障害者へのアンケートとヒヤリング調査,音声ガイド機能付きテレビ受像機を開発・販売をしているテレビメーカー(三菱電機)へのヒヤリング調査を行い,デジタルテレビ利用の現状と課題を明らかにした.調査の結果,視覚障害者の多くがデジタルテレビを利用して情報を得ていることが分かった.一方で,デジタルテレビ放送と,その受像機の音声読み上げ対応は十分とはいえず,アクセシビリティの向上が課題となっている., Television broadcasting was digitized. Meanwhile, as the operation of the television has become complicated, there is concern that TV accessibility will be lost for the visually impaired.
The purpose of this research is to clarify the present situation of the use of digital TV set by visually impaired people and their problems. For this reason, we conducted a questionnaire survey for visually impaired people and a survey on TV manufacturers developing and selling digital TV set.
As a result of the survey, it was found that many of the visually impaired people got information using TV set. Meanwhile, digital television broadcasting and audio guide function of digital TV set are not sufficient, and improvement of accessibility is a problem.},
