 note = {本稿では,情報リテラシを修得するための大学1年次の演習科目において,問題解決に向けた情報活動の中で行うべき「問題の発見と情報の分析」に関する基本的な考え方や諸活動について概説する.情報活動によって問題を解決するには,まず設定された目標(テーマ)に関する情報を集め,分析し,取り組むべき「問題」そのものを明確にする必要がある.しかし,これまで問題の発見や情報の分析に関する手法を体系的に整理し,演習手順を明示したテキストは存在しなかった.そこで著者らは,初学者でも理解しやすい情報リテラシ修得のためのテキスト開発を目指した., This paper is a tutorial for problem analysis in the chapter 4 of the textbook. The problem analysis is based on the information that has been collected in the former process of information literacy attained through group works. It is the process in which the negative aspects of a given situation are identified, establishing the cause and effect relationship between the observed subjects. The problem analysis includes definition of the framework and the subjects of analysis, identification of problems faced by target groups and beneficiaries, and visualization of the problems in form of diagrams to help analyze and clarify cause-effect relationships. We have developed a textbook for acquiring such information literacy in the first-grade higher education.},
