 note = {スマートフォンの普及に伴い,従来電子メール(ケータイ・メール)によって行われていたモバイル端末でのコミュニケーションが,メッセージングアプリに置き換わりつつある.メッセージングアプリでは,実際の会話に近い感覚でテンポの良いコミュニケーションが可能である.また,複数人でのメッセージ交換や開封の即時確認,スタンプによる多彩な感情表現等,コミュニケーションを促進する機能を多く持つ.一方で,メッセージングアプリにまつわる事件やトラブルも増加している.よって本研究では,メッセージングアプリが持つ特徴や機能が,利用者間のコミュニケーションに与える影響について考察する., With the spread of smartphones, instant messaging client apps have replaced e-mail in electronic communication. The apps have various features and functions which enable and promote smooth communication substantially close to the real conversation. However, the apps sometimes cause crimes, troubles, and cyber bullying. Therefore, this paper clarifies the influence of the features and the functions on communications ability and interpersonal relationships.},
