In the government areas of Europe, the U.S. and Japan, it has been common to implement EA for optimal effects through business processes well within an information technology environment. However, it has not spread in private enterprises at all. This problem is caused by a pile of artifacts, an unclear effect of the introduction, a shortage of resources for the implementation, an imperfect understanding of the method, and so on. In this paper, we focus on the problem of documentation and maintenance of the artifacts.
