Although average temperature of Japan has an upward tendency, the increasing rate was various by all prefectures. It is seen that the average temperature is descending in more than one prefectures. The average value of the increasing rate (B) for which we asked from the lowest temperature increasing rate of each prefecture is +0.01. This means that most rises of average temperature are not changing in recent 43 years.}, pages = {1--16}, title = {On Trends of Monthly Average Temperature for 47 Prefectures in Japan}, volume = {25}, year = {2017} }
