As a result, we found that the subjects whom hemoglobin significantly increases in normobaric hypoxia training group and the subjects who are not almost found a change turned out, and did not reach it before supported a utility of the normobaric hypoxia training itself. As a result of having analyzed it in all subjects individually, an individual difference was found in a change of the hemoglobin.
