 note = {本稿は沖縄県に拠点を置く企業が新型コロナウィルス感染症によりどういった影響を受けたのかを質的・量的に整理する。個別企業レベルのデータを用いて,存続した企業の中で打撃を受けた企業の特徴を明らかにする。合わせて,行政機関等に対して聞き取り調査を行い,定性的な検証を加える。本研究では本島北部や宮古島に立地する企業や,金融業や小売業にコロナの打撃が目立つことがわかった。法令遵守を含めた基本的な経営管理体制の構築や,急激な環境変化に対応しうる組織能力の形成が,危機への対処に有効である。, We investigate the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on firms located in Okinawa both qualitatively and quantitatively. Using firm-level data, we find that the pandemic-related shocks are unequally distributed across sectors and locations. Firms that were located in the Miyako islands and the Northern area or that served finance or retail services are likely to suffer from the consequences of a prolonged pandemic. It is effective in building resilience that by establishing an essential business management system, including compliance with laws and regulations, and by forming organizational capabilities that can respond to rapid changes in the circumstances.},
