Shimizu","creatorNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_25":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"マルクスは『資本論』の協業論のなかで,協業が成立するために絶対に満たされなければならないのは,多数の労働者が「同じ空間(労働場所)」で働くという条件であると力説している。しかし,たとえこの条件が満たされなかったとしても,生産過程における通信手段の有効活用をつうじて労働場所の違いを無視できるようになれば,マルクスが協業の効果として挙げている3つの効果(生産手段の節約,集団力の発揮,競争心の刺激)を得ることは不可能ではなくなる。また,多数の労働者が計画的・協力的に働くことも不可能ではなくなる。むしろ協業の成否の鍵を握るのは,多数の労働者が意思疎通をつうじて労働の目的と作業の手順とを共有するという条件である。この条件さえ満たされれば,わざわざ多数の労働者を「同じ空間」に集めて同時に働かせなくても,協業の連続性や多面性は保ったまま,一つの構想を複数の労働場所で実行に移させることが可能になる。「構想と実行との分離」という周知の命題は,頭脳労働と肉体労働との分離のことを意味する以上に,むしろ生産物にかんする基本構想と生産過程にかんする実施計画との分離のことを意味するのである。\nマルクスは,協業こそは「資本主義的生産様式の基本形態」であり,分業は「協業の一つの特殊な種類」にすぎないと考えている。そのためにマルクスは,『資本論』の分業論のなかでも,多数の労働者が「同じ空間」で働くことの意義をことさらに重視している。またその結果,個別的分業と呼べるのは作業場内分業だけであり,これに対置されるのは社会的分業だけであるという二分法的思考に陥っており,「同じ資本家の指揮のもと」で行われる作業場間分業の存在を見落としている。さらに,労働場所が一箇所に集約されて工程間の「空間的分離」が縮減されることから生まれる効果や,ある工程の生産物が後続する工程の原料になるという「直接的依存関係」から生まれる効果を無条件に認めてしまっており,それらの効果を得る上で欠かせない工程間の相互調整の重要性を見落としている。一連の見落としは,個別的分業における資本家の権威の過大評価と,多数の労働者自身が発揮する計画性・協力性の過小評価へとつながり,マルクスが生産方法論のなかに導入した階級論的視座の画期的な意義を減じている。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.34360/0002000056","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_26":{"attribute_name":"公開者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"専修大学経済学会","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_source_id_28":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0386-4383","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_source_id_29":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00132359","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_title_1":{"attribute_name":"別言語のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Analysis
