Both are similar in their emphasis on the physical and mental health of their employees.\nIt is true that employees are an important asset, and some research has shown that their physical and psychological health have a positive effect on management efficiency and other economic indicators related to management.\nOn the other hand, what is the essence of Well-being management? In other words, what kind of situation is created to achieve the \"good state\" and \"satisfied state\" of employees?\nThis situation cannot be achieved by an individual employee. Conducting business in the workplace takes place in relationships with other associates and stakeholders. The health of employees on an individual level becomes an issue of Well-being in relationships with peers and stakeholders.\nIn this paper, we will analyze the similarities and differences between Health management and Well-being management thinking, and also analyze the roots of Well-being management thinking in recent Japanese companies.\nIn addition, through analysis of recent cases of Well-being management, we will clarify the constituent factors of Well-being management.
