Work values can be defined as \"What individuals want to acquire from workrelated activities\", which influences people's turnover behavior. Clarifying work values is thought to be useful for and employee retention of companies. This study summarizes definition, the relevance to labor retention, and measurement methods of work values in previous studies. In this study I also made a questionnaire to measure work values.
