 note = {The aim of our project is to contribute the improvement of operational efficiency of classroom assistant administration work in a university with workflow tools. It has been often said that there are lots of paperwork in Japanese organizations, and many of them are not automated and is still processed manually. In addition, due to the spread of COVID-19, the inefficiency of work based on paper documents has become more apparent. To address these issues, we would like to contribute to reducing the workload of the staff and faculties of classroom assistant administration work, and find improvement opportunities. Suggested operational flow and prototype system we had made are described in this article.},
