Population decline is a serious problem in Japan. In addition, many regions in Japan have various problems associated with depopulation. Under such circumstances, each region needs to increase its value strategically. This study is a research on the topos of the ZTCA design model. The purposes of this paper are to propose a method for quantitatively evaluating the value of topos, and to actually evaluate topos using that method. In this paper, we analyzed the nine topos taken up in the previous study using the introductory text and the user review on the booking site. As a result, it became clear whether 5 topos have been valuable to guests. In addition, the time series analysis revealed the transition period in which the value of topos changed. These results suggest the availability of the proposed method. In the future, improvement of methods will be required.
